Great experience. All staff were very professional and friendly. The service was prompt and efficient. The NP was very knowledgeable and courteous. She did an excellent job educating me on my sickness and things I can do to help speed my recovery. I was treated with dignity and respect by everyone. I will definitely come back and refer my family members.

Yesterday, I had a terrible experience at a restaurant, which left me feeling dreadful this morning. However, thanks to my mother's advice, I visited a nearby urgent care facility, and I'm so grateful that I did! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the facility was top-notch. Although emergencies are never ideal, having a reliable option like this makes me feel safe and secure. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who needs prompt and professional medical attention.

I took my mother here to be examined. We were met with courtesy at the front desk and were told the wait time and given the opportunity to come later with registration reserved. The nurse, intake, and radiology tech were courteous and addressed my mom first before approaching me. Dr Anderson was amazing. A wonderful bedside manner respectful to mom and myself. Always including her in the conversation although she has some cognitive challenges. He was patient and understanding. I appreciate this facility and their staff. He gave medical advice sympathized and answered questions

First time visit as I could not get in to see regular doctor. Everyone was nice, pleasant, efficient, and willing to answer any questions. The facility was very clean. Was able to get x-ray and my medicine here.

No complaints whatsoever. Entire staff was pleasant and very informative. Made an appointment on line and maybe had to wait 10 minute, if that. This is my 3rd visit to this facility . Never had any problems.

This is a very convenient office for minor illnesses, much more convenient than going to my physician. I have a minor infection for which I was prescribed antibiotics, without the hassle of removing any clothing. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out. I don't care for the $50 co-pay though.

I hit my appointment online even though it is a walk-in kind of place doing it online ahead of time to help my experience get in and get out quicker. The nurses were very nice. They didn’t rush me to move quick. They took their time with me got test results back in a timely matter, I was in and out of there in an hour

Although the wait was extensive, the staff were all great, so I didn't really mind the wait. Office was clean and complimentary bottled water was available, which was a nice gesture. Dr. Derek Anderson was great--very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I went in for a post-accident examination and diagnosis. This is likely the urgent care location that I will be going to from now on.

I had the experience of visiting the Fayetteville-North, GA location due to an illness recently. The registration process went smoothly, and check-in was prompt. All the staff was eager, to assist, friendly, and informative. Once I was diagnosed and my treatment plan was discussed. I was informed that Piedmont Urgent Care offers dispensing of some medications. This convenient service added great value to my visit. It eliminated the task of making a stop at the pharmacy, to get treatment started when you're not feeling you best.

Excellent customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable of their individual responsibilities or roles. Mr. Derek was very empathetic, he took the time to explain my medical condition in detail, First Class!!!

The providers at Piedmont Urgent Care Fayetteville were very professional. From the front desk attendants to the medical staff everyone was nice and caring. I would highly recommend this facility.

Came in at 8, most of my information was saved and everything was digitally done, so I was able to wait in the comfort of my car until I was sent a text to come in and I was seen at 9. The nurses and NP were so kind and efficient! I had been treating myself for sinuses and it was an upper respiratory infection. I was able to get the correct medication there for a fair price. The meds they gave me started working right away and I am back feeling much better. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

This was not the usual one I go to but believe me , I’m changing to this facility. EVERYONE I came in contact with was superb… Front desk great ,Shari and Abby . Melanie , Amira ? And another awesome sweet young lady who was excellent with the prettiest nails and personality to match. This was a Wonderful experience and There was another lady who explained the meds to me. Maybe Mary???
Very sweet and understood my decision to go to my pharmacy . I will be forever grateful that I came in feeling terrible and left feeling much better and. Happy I came there. Thank these ladies for their kindness and expertise of my issues.

The front desk reception was very cordial. My questions were answered appropriately and respectfully. The clinical staff, doctor included were professional warm and welcoming.

From the front desk to my exist, everyone was polite, concerned, helpful and attentive. No one was tired or grumpy and explained each movement they were taking and why. Their actions were deliberate and showed purpose. I really liked them.
