Anyone else doing the sleep training program for taking cara babies!? Lol we did night one last night and it was a doozy lol. I did this a few years ago with my older daughter but forgot how tough it is. Anyone else going through this now?

The safest way for a baby to be put to sleep is on their back in a completely empty crib or bassinet.

I was going to buy the program but decided to try a new sleep system without it. My baby luckily responded to a gentle sleep training where I’d put her down and shush/pat as needed. By night 4 she was sleeping 12 hours with one wake up! I’m glad I tired this instead of jumping straight into a interval training.

if it makes you feel better my baby cried at bedtime 45 minutes yesterday and today she went straight to sleep no crying!
